Pricing

Priced per venue, not per guest.

Charging by the size of your guest list would penalise the thing the framework exists to grow. Engagements are scoped to the venue and the work involved in setting it up properly.

Engagements

Three ways to start.

Sample figures. Real pricing is set per engagement, after we have seen the room.

Pilot

$04–6 weeks

One venue, one loop, run end to end so everyone can see what the guest actually does.

  • One QR entry point
  • Demo Menu and one reward
  • Owner console — Overview only
  • Weekly read-out with us in the room

Illustrative sample data. Pilot places are limited by how many we can attend properly.

Group

On applicationmulti-venue

More than one room, with the profile and the reporting held together across them.

  • Everything in Founding restaurant
  • Shared guest profile across venues
  • Per-venue and combined reporting
  • Onboarding for each new room

Scoped per group. External posting remains approval- and access-dependent.

Every figure on this page is illustrative sample data and is not an offer. Anything that depends on an integration says so where it is claimed.

Questions

What the price does and does not include.

Is there a per-guest or per-message charge?

No. Pricing is per venue. A framework that charges by the size of the guest list gives the venue a reason not to grow it.

What does the pilot cost?

Nothing, in the sample figures shown here. The constraint is attention rather than money — we run a small number at a time because each one includes us being in the room.

What needs to be connected?

Nothing to start. Insights that read order history require POS, and that dependency is stated wherever such an insight appears.

Who owns the guest list?

The venue. That does not change with the plan.

Tell us about the room.

Pricing follows the work, and the work follows what your guests already do.
